Beyond the Form is for conscious and sustainable entrepreneurs who want to make a positive contribution to a better world. What does Beyond the Form itself do in terms of sustainability?

Sustainability is something I have valued highly for many years. That is why I always make decisions within my company that are based on sustainability and fair production. Examples include recyclable printed matter that is printed in an environmentally friendly way, packaging that is completely plastic-free, and even shipping that saves as much CO2 emissions as possible!

What if I want an additional round of corrections?

Not entirely satisfied with the design yet? No worries, an additional round of corrections is always possible. My hourly rate applies to the extra hours worked during this additional round of corrections.

May I make adjustments to the designs myself?

It is not possible or permitted to make changes to the design yourself, unless otherwise agreed.

Do I need to pay a deposit in advance? And do you work with payment terms?

I do indeed work with a deposit. This is a deposit of 50%. Once I have received this amount, I will start working on the assignment. At the end of our collaboration, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%. Once you have paid this, you will receive all the files you need. Payment in instalments is also possible in consultation.

What is an in-depth session and why do I need it?

An in-depth session is a session in which, as the name suggests, we delve into the core of your business. I believe it is important that we create something that actually makes sense and has real meaning. That is why, during a live session, I will ask you a lot of questions about, among other things, your why, your target group, your customer journey and how you position yourself in the market. Based on this session, I will draw up a document that includes your mission, your why, your target group, and your tone of voice. This way, you can always refer back to it yourself, and we have a good foundation for establishing your branding and/or website!
