In order to show potential customers the results achieved on my website and social media channels, I process results and designs from our project, including your (company) name and website, if you have given your consent to this when entering into the agreement. In addition, I may process branding photos, with the consent of all parties involved. I will store this material in my archive indefinitely, unless you request its removal.
For invoicing and financial administration, I process your name or that of your contact person, company name with associated Chamber of Commerce details and VAT number, billing address, email, telephone number, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this information, I cannot process your payment. According to a legal obligation imposed by the Tax and Customs Administration, I am required to retain this information for seven years. After this period, I will delete or anonymise this information.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your name, company name, email address and the content of and communication regarding this complaint in order to find the best possible solution for you. I use this information for the optimal execution of the agreement. I will delete information relating to complaints one year after they have been resolved.
I have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. I process your name and email address for direct marketing. I will delete this data as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by me.

Beyond the Form is a sole proprietorship, located at Henry Dunantstraat 42, 7552DH Hengelo (OV). I am registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 77541707. I am the controller of your personal data.
I have obtained the above information from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor because you have provided it to me. In addition, I may be able to view your information because I work in my customer's systems. I provide a processing agreement to my customers.
I do my utmost to ensure that data about minors is only collected with parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal data from a minor without such consent, please contact me.
